1) BSU is not looked upon as a beneficial asset to the City of Muncie, because it does not generate tax revenue?
2) BSU can never expand or grow because it would have a negative, or adverse effect on property tax revenue to the city?
3) The tax revenue generated by those four blocks adjacent to campus is a deal breaker to the City of Muncie's budget?
4) The Health Professions facility adds no benefit to the city of Muncie that can offset lost tax revenue generated by those four blocks?
All important considerations to Ball State, and those who support the growth of this university, even though some city officials do not feel the same.
It is a good thing the the City Council, as a whole, approved the request.
