Not a big fan, but the new GM seems to be doing a better job. Press and draft gurus seem to approve of the choices. And just looking at his player moves, he has a plan. Last guy seemed to be playing fantasy football, and failed to talk to the players and coaches.

I was hoping for Mixon. He would have been a safe pick in that we could be sure nobody was ever going to be able to strangle him.
