We have discussed this dump before. The reviews on Trip Advisor are hilarious. They have titles such as: "sleep in your car or keep driving", "horrible", "182 bedbug bites...and counting", "Bad!", "THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN", "WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER".
I don't know about you, but reviews with those titles will sometimes give me second thoughts about staying somewhere.
On the other hand we see this review:
"nice remodeled rooms I was scared by seeing reviews but when I visited the place totally surprised, I have nice jucuzzi room enjoyed it. outdoor pool is great nice continental breakfast better them all other hotels in the town great!"
Kind of reminds you of the Kid's posts on BSU basketball, doesn't it?. But anyway, this review is from "dasi r". When you read the SP's article about how the city has finally decided to tear the place down, you see that the current owner's name is Dasi Reddy. Strange coincidence there.

They are taking bids for the property in Bankruptcy court.
Not clear if the city will have razed it or not at the time of the auction...
