I know Ball State had expressed interest in buying the property in the past, but Muncie decided not to sell. Would be valuable to put a parking lot there as there are growing complaints about limited parking.

Parking would make sense long term given the goal of getting all cars off campus.

I don't think it would be a good idea to put a new middle school back where Storer is. The busses alone through that neighborhood would be a nightmare.
