*guy confronts 65-year old who is harassing woman *65 year old smacks guy with nunchucks, forces woman to leave with him *woman found, but claims to be with 65 year old voluntarily *woman has multiple bruises from a "fall" *65 year old already set for trial over "stomping" other woman *65 year old has prior convictions involving violence and theft
