We know it'll happen, it's just a matter of when at this point.

I think they should let it ride the rest of the season. Chuck has proven to be woefully incompetent. This Colts team may very well go 2-14, and this season is a wash already. That gives the Colts two things: a GREAT reason to fire him with a clean conscience, and a shot at the #1 overall draft pick, which could be bundled for multiple draft picks and/or players as they shoot for the quick rebuild.
The last thing the team needs is a reason to rally around Chud or Joe Philben or whomever and stumble their way into 2 or 3 meaningless victories that do nothing but rob them of a higher position in the draft.

I agree we should tank. Keep him on, take our lumps, keep Luck out, move on making a full shift at the end of the year. I was howling when they let Pagano stay but had him fire his entire coaching staff. If you need to fire all of your employees, that tells me all I need to know.
I wish football had some sort of relegation system like European soccer. Tanking is so unentertaining. If the system is set up to reward failure there is a flaw in the system. Hope nobody stretched their budget to get season tickets.
