Dambrot has Dukees at 8-3 with 10 games at home and 1 on a neutral site .....playing the 351st rated NCSOS.

Now 13-5 and 4-1 in conference.
I’m not saying Whit would have done any worse.
It just seems that some coaches have to go backwards before going forward. I’ve been told many times that a good new coach can’t be successful in a bad program with the players they inherit.
I’m puzzled with Dambrot’s performance. 🤔 I must give this more thought.

Meanwhile, Dukes continue their MIRACULOUS one year turnaround with a win to go 5-2 in conference, 14-6 overall.

Number of wins don't mean squat. Look at Whit's 20 win seasons. I am embarrassed by the out of conference teams we played. As Bill Walton would say ,''HORRRRRRIBLE.

Dukees only won 3 of 18 conference games last season.
Were 2-5 last year, 5-2 this year.....thru 7 games.

Yes the conference schedule is what is impressive the out of conference schedule was garbage
