After nearly upsetting Ohio State a week ago in Columbus, Ball State returned to Worthen Arena tonignt and took apart 8th ranked Lewis in 3 quick sets! The team has been looking for an identity all season and may have found what they have been looking for tonight! Tomorrow night’s match with 6th ranked Loyola will be another huge test and a fun one to watch!

Congrats you V-Ballers. Enjoy this victory and prove to yourselves you are better than what you have done so far this year. Turn it on and play Loyola like a piano. We believe in you. I wish I could be there to see it. I will be there in spirit as will many other Cards. Remember, a Cardinal is ONE TOUGH BIRD.

Blockbuster weekend for Ball State Volleyball! The Cards now know they are capable of playing with any team in the country. The sophomore setter Romano really emerged this weekend and needs to lead the team into the future. Great energy all weekend in Worthen for basketball and volleyball. Sandy going out with a bang!

I said it before and I will say it again, to be the best you have got to play the best. I wish I was in Muncie to cheer for you Cards!! Let's keep it goin' TO THE NCAAs and go DEEP . We all know that CHICKS dig the guys that GO DEEP.
