Eh.
I guess when you’re as bad as we were but have very important pieces back you can’t help but be improved. I sure hope we are.

In 50 years of watching BSU Football the team we put on the field for the last six games was perhaps the worst BSU team I have ever witnessed.
We will be improved just by the fact that we get key people back who were lost to injury. (if we can keep them healthy)
The thing that bugs me the most about this 2018 team is still the defensive backfield. Unless we have some impact freshmen coming in who did not participate in the Spring Game I still see insurmountable problems. The switch defensive formation is intended to help, but we've still got kids playing DB who look like middle school kids going up against men. Our own young receivers even make them look small and skinny. Its no wonder they get hurt so much.

Chevis is a great recruiter yet we can’t seem to get good Mac level talent at the position he coaches. WTH?

Just like Joey and Neu with QB recruits.

BSU's play calling better get a lot better....we are to darn predictable...when I can call most of our next plays we're in big trouble!

Couple that with the fact the few older Dbs we have flat out blow chunks and we have serious issues

Just like Joey and Neu with QB recruits. So many swings and misses since Wenning

We sure seem to get good running backs, though.
