Dean Anna who played ss for the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs the Phillies AAA team elected free agency on November 2nd. Anna batted .271 with a homer & 34 RBIs as the starting ss for the Iron Pigs who finished 2nd in the IL playoffs. This past season was his 6th in AAA. He turns 32 on the 24th of November & has completed 11 seasons in the minors & has a .276 lifetime average.
