Not sure how I really feel about this I loved the defensive hires and I like the idea of bringing back a former card.. The Jump from Depauw to here seems pretty big Gotta think finances and paying the 2 defensive coaches more played into this

I think this was a cheap, easy hire. And more lynch ties. That’s a big jump but I hope he does well.

Former Card, Big Ten experience, has recruited the midwest in the past. Looks like a solid hire. Welcome home Colin. Remember, the future is NOW.

I hope he was successful, if so, I would think he knows what it takes in the MAC,

Not saying he doesn’t or can’t, just saying the resume you’d normally see for a d1 oline coach isn’t there. Not at all a knock on Colin but he’s a bit of a step down from devan. Does not mean he won’t be outstanding, just means the jump in levels is unusual.
He’s a true cardinal so I hope he turns out to be amazing.

Hopefully Johnson can break the lynch mold and do big things.

rm if he bought you a couple of drinks before a game I bet you would be singin' his praises!!!! All kidding aside you guys are correct in pointing out his D-3 ''journey''. With the problems we have had in the past with the line play, I hope Neu thought long and hard on this hire. If you can coach , you can coach. I hope he is a coach.
