They're on a roll as of late. I admit I usually don't pay close attention until about April 1st but that's a plus. I see on warrennolan.com that their RPI is 104.

BSU & WMU decided not to play baseball today. Instead they held a mushball game and BSU won 20-15. The Cards had 28 hits, and WMU had 15 ( 43 HITS!) BSU sweeps the weekend series that was supposed to be held in Kalamazoo. Pitching looked great in the Friday & Saturday games. Not so much today. Gave up 15 hits, 7 BBs & 3 HBP, with 15 Ks. But, our pitching was much better than the Broncos. They used 9 pitchers who threw 218 pitches in 9 innings (avg of 24.2 pitches per inning.)

Not 100% accurate. McDermott went 6 innings and gave up 3 runs. Looks like some of the late inning pitchers did struggle.

McGill struggled with 7 ER in 2/3 of an inning. Overall, still a lot of BBs and HBPs, sore spots for BSU over the last few years.

Kent State travels to TSIB on Wednesday. Will be a good indicator for both.
We have Kent this weekend, then we travel to Bloomington on 4/16, then a week later face them at Victory Field.

Getting into Muncie tomorrow. Hoping to make the Valpo game and one of the Kent games. Weather dependent, not packing much winter gear.
