Miami did sit alot but they played their starters on defense pretty late into the game. Miami is going to be good for a long time. Well coached, recruit well and Gabbert is the real deal.. Sucks the Gabbberts final two were BSU and Miami.. They got us there

Miami gets screwed with a phantom fumble call.. Bounces back then implodes at the goal line.. Terrible play calling then a bad snap takes away any chance.. Coaches just try and get to cute around the goal line.. At least its not just us

What conference is providing the officials for the Miami game. The replay official was drinking hurricanes all day or has $ on Louisiana to cover. He overturned that fumble & took away an indisputable TD earlier in 2nd half. That guy is trash, but Miami coaches blew it also passing on 1st & 2nd down from the 2.

MAC finishes bowl season with 8th best bowl record of 10 conferences.
If Clemson wins, MAC drops to 9th.

If you remove the top outlier (SEC) and the bottom outlier (B12), the results are pretty balanced. Of course the better teams are facing other better teams in better bowls, too. You'd expect pretty even results, with those things held even. There are some bowls with restrictions in choice, but given a choice Bowl organizers want good games, and good crowds. Although when there is a choice they go for good crowd over a good game by inviting a team with lots of alumni who will travel to wherever to see the game because they love alma mater or live near the bowl or whatever.

Not really my point. I am pointing out that I think the bowl committee did a decent job with the match ups. Pretty interesting games.
