So, I’m talking to my Gonzaga buddies who think they got screwed out of a potential national championship.
They think the NCAA should give seniors another year’s eligibility because they weren’t allowed to complete their last season.

A fair number of seniors had completed their season. Doesn't make much sense to me to let them come back for another full season just because most of them missed a game or two. Also what does that do to incoming freshman? Minutes are already hard to come by in a lot of places. Do teams get more scholarship?

Spring season players should absolutely get another year of eligibility. Winter athletes who got to play 90+% of their season? Thems the breaks. Life isn't fair, earlier you learn it, better off you'll be

If it's right to let a senior who has missed their post season have another year, why hasn't this been done in injury cases all along?
