Thanks for thinking of Larry Dorton. He was a fraternity brother and was one of the best Cardinal fans I have ever known.

Larry sure was and so was his wife Sheila.
First met them when we won the MAC in BB when Yoder was coaching and Ray McCallum was senior.
They attended everything and even though I lived in Chesterton drove to many BSU FB/BB games home and away.
They missed very little!

Larry was part of the group I would be with when I came in from Indy. We would all meet at Tony’s Locker room before basketball games. Great guy. Sold insurance for our company as part of his independent insurance agency.

I believe this may be the first time I was so excited it was hard for me to drink any alcohol during the game. After a kick off beer I couldn't leave my chair thinking I might miss something. I watched it alone in my house but I was with everyone in spirit. Cheers everyone...We beat those SOBs going away. Maybe the most important football game played in the history of our school. WHAT A GREAT DAY.

Shout out to freshmen RB Marcus. I thought he did a great job. It was his first significant playing time all year and he looked really good.

Didn’t read any of the post on the game. My wife and I were their in the rain, great football weather. For Wednesday night and for Ball State, not a bad crowd. Very disappointing game! Where is Plitt’s head. I like baseball because when a pitcher is not performing, they pull him. Why don’t we do that! Plitt has been unable to make the plays to win the game! To many three and outs. To many field goals versus touchdowns. The defense creates two turnovers - nothing! I hope we win versus Buffalo and get bowl eligible. To do this, Plitt needs to bring his a game - something we haven’t seen often this year. Final comment - Steel is a Beas!!!
