Bonzi and Cedric Vanleer are also on the coaching staff. Sadly, they've been just above decent for several years and have really fallen down this season. Indy suburban schools are beating MC by 40+

Part of the problem is getting kids who WANT to play on a TEAM. There are some individuals but as far as a cohesive team, not so much.

My buddy is a principal there and he has told me basket ball is just a mess. The best kids either don't have the grades or discipline to play play and the others are at Delta,Yorktown or Monroe central

Sounds about right. The best players in football and basketball have moved out of the city to play. Those still at Central aren’t the best players or students.
