Agree.  Not just what you mention, they also have a very successful alumni base and raising private money from local industry and that alumni base is huge.

I would rate them among the best prospects for privates schools given that conference affiliation and market.  Harder maybe to do it FB, but imagine something like Duke's basketball fueling them, they can use FB to become a real national power in the major sports. They should be able to recruit with ND, better than BYU, in FB.  Never have quite done that.
