McDermott pitched 3 innings for the Astros of the FCL on 8/13. He gave a hit, walked 1 & fanned 7.

McDermott was promoted on 8/17 to the Fayetteville Woodpeckers.

McDermott pitched 3 innings in relief for Fayetteville last night. He did not allow a hit while walking 2 & fanning 6. I didn't realize he was pitching in Fayetteville,North Carolina but know it now.
