In the losers bracket, BSU and ND square off again. Not a good start. ND is the visitor and have put 4 runs in top of 1st (1 out). ND opened with a triple, double, walk and a HR. Gametracker link |

ND just put up 3 more in the 2nd inning. BSU is down 7-0 after 1-1/2

ND scores 1 more in the 4th, but BSU puts up 4 in the bottom of the 4th. ND leads 8-4.

Though the team didn't advance to the Super Regional, it was a hell of a ride over the last month or so. Great season and let's not forget the conference championship. Need a few more of those around Muncie.

Need a few more of those around Muncie. I agree. I'm proud of our softball team consistently over the last 6 years or so either winning MAC championships or being in the top 2-3. Given college sports unlike the pros should be a mix of athletics and academics vs win at all costs within the rules, that's not too shabby. May 2016 bring a win in the NCAA's for the lady Cardinals.
