All for it. If you get dominated by the worst team in the league in a must win game changes need to be made.

Won't happen until the end of next year when we start 0-4 and finish 8-9 and out of the playoffs.

Frank won't be fired but Irsay should force Frank to give up playcalling, fire the DC, and let Frank know he's tied to Wentz future. Frank laid himself down to get Wentz on the team. The Colts have an opt out after next season with no dead money. If Colts opt out, Frank goes too.

What about Ballard? If Frank goes, does he go, too?

It about more than the draft. It's how you manage everything.
The Colts are about to dump a ton of money into a guard. Sure, he might be the best guard in the NFL, but he'a a guard. It's a position that does not require record-breaking money to fill adequately. And if the Colts go through with that huge contract, are they going to be able to adequately fill other more-important positions? For instance, might they be able to get an adequate left tackle?
They can't pressure the QB and yet they let go of a DE who would have led the team in sacks this year (Autry had 9 for the Titans this year; Buckner led the Colts with 7). I'll grant that I think Paye has potential and might be much better next year, but we're talking about the team Ballard built this year.
Ballard has talked about building a team that doesn't need the best QB in the league to be competitive, but where did their 7 pro-bowlers (none of those the QB) get them this year? Maybe his philosophy isn't all he thinks it is.
Did Ballard pick up even a late-round draft pick for Marlon Mack, who wanted a trade and could have been a completely serviceable RB for many NFL teams? No, he wasn't even on the roster late in the season.
I'll grant Reich deserves a significant amount of criticism; I just don't think Ballard should be given a pass.

Ballard is a specialist in filling low-value positions with the best talent. Not all that hard to do if you're willing to use your highest draft capital for that purpose. He HAS managed to get himself significantly overrated this way....I'll give him that. That's quite valuable in a job where you can get fired at the drop of a hat. It's also a great way to rack up a bunch of all pros....not such a great way to get or win playoff games. Rough tough running game, lots of all pros, and sitting home watching the playoffs like you and I.
Ballard will always have his supporters among the statistically illiterate, tough-guy-by-proxy morons who have a fetish for the running game and the interior line players. Meanwhile the teams that can pass the ball effectively and have game-breakers at high value positions will continue to dominate the post season.
Here is what's going to happen: Nobody, N O B O D Y is going to ever try to outbid the Colts for Quinten Nelson. Teams will, of course, put a certain amount of value on a top-quality offensive guard, but only the Colts are additionally vested in maintaining the narrative that it was a good idea to spend the #6 overall pick on a guard. This is absolutely critical to Ballard's status and image...and guess who is doing the negotiating for the Colts. That #6 pick is the highest pick Ballard has had on draft night, and the highest pick they are likely to have in the foreseeable future.
Nelson's agent, and I'm sure he realizes this, has the Colts over a barrel. The Colts have to pay Nelson much more than any OG is worth, otherwise the agent just has to say "Quinten is worth much more than an ordinary OG, right? That's why you spent the #6 pick on him, right? If you don't pay him at that level, you are implying he wasn't worth that pick....and I KNOW you don't want to do that?" Ballard has no choice. The Colts will probably try to create the impression that other teams are trying to bid for Nelson...to justify the ridiculous money they'll pay... but that will be bullshit.

Frank Reich by all accounts is an incredibly good man. But…
He has turned out to be Chuck P 2.0. Players love him and all support him but he wilts in the toughest moments more often than not and apparently refuses to question Eberflus when the defense decides to play conservative. He also trusts his players too much when the game is slipping away instead of making play calls and adjustments based on in game performance.
His ultimate demise will be Wentz. We took damaged goods off Philly mainly because Reich vouched for his ability and the belief he could be fixed. He clearly can’t and we’ve lost draft capital, at least 25 million even if we cut him in March plus continuity. Reich will be gone in 2023 if we don’t make the playoffs.
