I watched the entire Stetson v Lipscomb game last Wednesday night and Brown had the best game that I’ve seen him play, albeit, I’ve not seen him play that many. He still doesn’t play defense and needs to be set to get his shot. He’s just not a dominant player even though I think he was Stetson’s top scorer for the game Stetson lost at home and will turn around and play Lipscomb again this week in the ASUN conference tournament.

Brown has played the point guard in the most recent two games and been outstanding running the offense scoring 20 and 17 points respectively and dishing out 7 assists each game with very few turnovers. Stetson will be #4 seed in the ASUN tournament after being picked 12th. Jalen Blackman from Marion and Brown are the two leading scorers for the Hatters who have had their most successful season in years. Another player from Indiana has been a big contributor from Monrovia in 6’8” Josh Smith.

I see he brought the page back online. Wow, it is crazy. Calhoun is back stirring it up. These people are quite thin skinned... It is an amusing read ... The thinnest skinned people ever lol You have to cut the Hartford Mafia a little slack. These are not people like us who are hardened by 20+ years of dismal, unrelenting failure. Their entry point into this was a happy fairy tale where a likable young kid was scoring banezillions of points and leading the local high school to unaccustomed success. Struggling and frustrations are new to them. That's understandable. What is perhaps less understandable is why we are all still on this forum after 20 years of repeated kicks to the groin by our program and those who oversee it. The Hartford Mafia is an entirely different type of people who honestly have a better claim to sanity than we do.

Will Luke enter the portal after the CBI? The mafia seems mixed. He should look at Eastern Michigan. They're great at developing young stars.

Anyone know why Luke didn’t play in Stetson’s CBI game today? Anyone care?

Mystery solved - well, sort of. From the newspaper recap of last night’s game:
“Diawara stepped up in the absence of Josh Smith, who landed awkwardly and sustained a knee injury less than four minutes into the contest. Stetson also played without its third-leading scorer, Luke Brown, who Jones said post-game was no longer part of the program. Brown, a sophomore from Carmel, Ind., averaged 10.2 points per game and shot 46.2% from 3-point range.”
I guess we can look for his name in the portal.

Good lord. The kid just is not grounded. Wonder if the Blackford Mafia has inflated the kids ego to the point there's no place good enough. The next school beware.
How many "one time" transfers does he get?

Just when you think it can’t get any better than another episode of Farmer Wants a Wife, up comes the continuing saga of The Blackford County Browns Move to the Big City…..

I'm thinking Luke may be celebrating home court wins at Ivanhoe's before his college career is over.
If you get where I'm coming from.

Boogie came back after once transferring away. Just saying. Brown already did that.....at Stetson. A move back to BSU would be 2X greater than Boogie's move, right?
