Let's not be delusional. Ball State might be considered a career-killer job for any known "up and comer". Like Vanderbilt in SEC football or Nebraska in Big10 basketball. That's why the Sherman Plan was proposed. An unknown who doesn't know there might not be light at the end of this tunnel and who considers $200k to be like winning the PowerBall. Well to honest that's kind of true with any MAC job right now. Look at Dambrots record prior to anyone giving a crap. Oats made a nice move, but he won 59 games in two years. |

This job is "lower tier" only because they haven't been winning. There's no reason why it can't be a great MAC job. Mediots.
