I posted this in the "Win Total Prediction" thread back in Aug. Pleasantly surprised at the past 2 wins, and unpleasantly surprised at the L at GaSo.
Still don't think UCONN is a gimme, although the ESPN predictor shows us with a 71% chance to win. Minus 9 is a huge spread for us, though, especially with UCONN 5-2 ATS. O/U is 47, so I'd hammer the under. Forecast calls for 60 degrees, rain, and wind. Offense will be non-existent in this game. Look for a college-level repeat of the Colts-Broncos game from last Thursday. Steele will get his hundred yards, but everything else will be a shitshow.

UConn has beaten Fresno and FIU the last couple weeks. They are fast improving and have a coaching advantage against us in Jim Mora Jr.
We fall back to earth, UConn 27- bsu 17.

Will be another close game. UConn has 23 2and 3 star players mostly 3 star with a QB rated a 4. Looks like they have some players. Their O line ranges from 294 to 304 and they have two good running backs. They have a big NT and other decent DL. Our offense needs to get out of neutral the first half and do something. Our defense should be ok.

They have had a ton of injuries though not sure who or who will be back just know their no 1 rob is out and thier number 1 qb was at one point injured along with all 4 original wrs, They seem to be worried about our pass game

Sounds like their Oline is pretty damned good and it's our defensive front that needs to play its best. Doesn't appear to matter who's running behind it, they still get yards. It's going to be a very tough/physical game. Man, if our oline was as good as theirs, we'd be, well, a really good team.

Nice to see they just won a road game last Saturday for the 1st time since Oct 26,2019. They are already talking about playing Boston College a week from Saturday. That to me does not sound like a team looking forward to being in Muncie this Saturday let alone now depending on the 4th & 5th RBs being all they have to play on Saturday. BSU 27 Connecticut 13.

I watched a little of the UConn FIU game and rosa looked pretty fast. We handled Lew Nichols for the most part and I think we can also take care of UConn Rbs. Our offense simply has to do something right for the whole game.
