No way Steele should play after the bell ringing he took. We have other backs. Just need to oline to actually block somebody. Buy yeah, they’ll run Paddock out there no matter what. Agreed. It would be beyond irresponsible for Steele to play if the reports are how concussed he was (think Tua earlier this year) are actually true. If Kelly does have to play, you’ll never convince me that finding yourself in a situation where you have to start a quarterback who has taken ZERO snaps in a game is actually a good strategy for your team. |

I was told Steele initially blacked out was doing ok the next day and was bummed he missed the rest of the game. He was set to visit doc this week.

I'm saying he gets cleared (appropriately, they wouldn't take a chance), and he stays and plays for a championship. Any one see where I put my martini? I actually believe he stays. |

The NIU qb was knocked unconscious last year the week before us but played against us. Doesn't make sense to me how that happens but it happens.

So let’s say it is indeed Kelly. The dude has not even taken number 2 snaps this year. Why not Blazek your not going to burn a redshirt. So is the staff saying our best chance to win 1 game is Kelly. If that’s true why is he buried as the 3. You guys see where I’m going here

If Paddock and Steele are both out Kelly probably gives us the best chance of having a running and a passing game - all in one person. Yeah you would think but I’m sure Neu will plan a very boarding and predictable game plan and be as conservative as a Nun in at Frat party. |
