Sparks, because there's still at least a hope that Lewis knows what he's doing, and that Sparks could be the centerpiece of a MAC championship team with an NCAA berth some time in the next 3 seasons.
As of now, Steele, if he stays, is stuck with Neu and Lynch, which means he'll be the best RB in the MAC stuck on a 5-win team for the next two years.

We need more information on Sparks. How much can he bench press? What is his body fat%? Does he have an exotic pet that we don't know about? Until we get those answers I have to go with Steele.
