Cards win! Cards win! It's always good to get a sweep and the red and white got it over the Huskies. That said, I would not want the Cards to play them again in the MAC tournament.

Who would have guessed we’d be 19-7 at this point with 5 to play! I’m so thankful Beth made the coaching change as we definitely got us a coach!! It’s been years since I got this excited on game days!! Looking forward to Saturday!

Flashes of brilliance and flashes of pretty rough stuff. NIU will be a handful in Cleveland. Short handed tonight and was still in the game after we got a huge lead. Part of that was sloppy play on our part.

A win is a win but Lewis was not happy during and will not be after. Sloppy and the D was off. 19-7 though with a shot for 20 against a bad western team

Not our best effort, but at least we put them away the last few minutes. I have to give Northern a lot of credit, though. They play hard - scrappy team. They will be a very tough out in the tourney.
Seriously, though...have you ever seen one single player consistently be the victim of more SHITTY officiating than Jacobs? It's maddening!

light crowd, No band. Refs Suck, but other than that alls good Central and Ytown are playing at the Fieldhouse tonight, so there goes the crowd…. because something something city “rivalry.” 🙄 Buddy is principal at Central. He said notva great crowd at central either |

Cleary is hilarious to watch. Came in made a couple but I really watched him on D. Oh man it was comical he was just completely lost. Very easy to see why he cant play much

His D is pretty much non-existent. Coleman's is too, though. Sparks, Jacobs, and Pearson bust their asses on D. Sellers is a half-timer on D. |

It will be a tough place to win, hope others of you make it there as well. We will be going to the Grande Traverse Pie Company for pie and soup after. It’s on the south side of Kalamazoo. Never been to this one, but we love the one in Traverse City. Best pies every, sorry Amish Country. |

I thought the officiating was as bad as I’ve seen all year. The amount of hacks not called especially at the rim was maddening. We played through it though and actually hit FTs tonight which was pretty encouraging.
Our school of music had a performance on campus I guess and would not have enough to field a band tonight. First, they are terrible any way and second they have zero commitment. My beef is Athletics knew this so why not plan ahead and get a high school group to play. This is freaking high school band country in Delaware County. Guess that was too big an expectation we would go the extra foot 🦶. I mean it’s such a simple thing.
Mike’s crew was pretty solid tonight with all five starters in double figures again plus Sparks and Mickey both with double doubles. Coleman 8 assists. We were ragged at times but six in a row is nothing to 🤧 at and we continue to beat the bottom feeders and middle of the packers which is so rare and refreshing. These are all games Whitford teams either lose or barely eke out a win. We are winning by large or at least comfortable margins despite not playing our best. Coaching makes a difference. Huh. Who would ever think such a thing. 😉
