Their basketball facility is nice, probably the best of the three Michigan MAC teams by a long shot. Probably take it over ours as it is right sized for a MAC team. Looking for us to win, but it will not be easy and need to bring our “A” game as we did against Kent. It's nice, but it's literally a box where many of the seats don't face the court. Just arrived for the game. Been a while since my last game here. I've never cared for the place. When it was new it was nice. Now it's just ok. The building itself is probably smaller than Irving Gym. The seats are really small and the rows are crammed together. Most of the seating on the top deck is covered with advertising. They do have some open air "suites" between the lower bowl and upper deck. Not really suits. More like box seats. The whole place is dark and cheaply done. Not anywhere close to Worthen, Ohio, or Toledo. Honestly I'd rank it about even with WMU. WMU is more comfortable. |

What a bad break. The one essential for a championship season is no significant injuries. We had done well so far. Really a bummer.
Everyone will need to step up and collect another rebound, defend better and take care of the ball.
