Cards end the first half on a positive note and lead by ten at the half. Hard to believe as the score was so low only minutes ago.

Not going ti get much offense from Sellers today. He is going to exert to much effort guarding Bates He’s doing a decent job so far too! I’ve been impressed watching him follow Bates everywhere. |

I just haven't seen him shoot this bad all year. Sorry for making a comment. Go Cards! Didn’t reply to you. Replied to the guy who’s tired of watching the best team we’ve had in what, 2 decades? Oh, stop it. He commented on Coleman's poor play of late, and I responded. Yes, I said I was tired of watching COLEMAN'S selfish play, constant hotdogging, and lazy D - NOT THE TEAM. It doesn't mean I don't love this team and what Lewis and them are doing, and it doesn't even mean I won't cheer them and Coleman on the rest of the season. You can bet that if Lewis had other options Coleman's role would be more limited. Have you noticed that Lewis hasn't been loving all over him in pressers lately? His stretches of stupidity on the court is mind-numbing. Just like at the end of the first half he goes quick after a rebound with 3-4 seconds left when we have no chance at a shot and almost gives them a free bucket at the buzzer. Then he starts the second half forcing two threes early in the shot clock... You sound like a Luke Brown fan. This is a message board and people are going to offer their opinions and share their observations. Coleman has been pretty bad the last 2-3 weeks because he is back to his old self - trying to do too much. If he would go back to the stretch where he was buying into what Lewis was trying to instill in him the team would benefit a lot more. Hopefully he'll get back to that, because he obviously has talent and can be a difference maker, but he also knows Lewis has no choice but to live with whatever he does at this point. He should be more mature at this point in his career. |
