Jameson made a 4 inning (5 Ks) relief appearance last night and got the win against the dodgers
Drey’s major league record is now 4-0 in 5 games pitched.

Plesac has one start so far and was pummeled in 1 inning
Call led off with homer last night and had 3 rbi
Jameson logged another win last night. He has 3 relief appearances and is 2-0 with 1 save.

Plesac pitched well today going 7 innings & not giving up a run. However just like last season Cleveland gives him no support as they did not score in 7 innings either.

Schweitzer has been assigned to Kannapolis, Single A, Carolina League.
He has started one game with no decision.

Drey Jameson was used as a starter by the Dbacks last night. Had 4 good innings with no decision.
He is 2-0 with 1/1 in saves as a reliever so far.
Update: Drey is back in rotation after Davies suffered a strained oblique. His pitch count was throttled last night to ease him back into a starting role.

Jameson optioned back to AAA Reno The hell? He started two nights ago and had a rough first inning, but it was 3 runs, not like, 5+. He only threw one inning. Arm trouble? |

Arm trouble? according to article: AZ Diamondbacks want performance or else. That 1 inning Sunday was straw that broke the camels back. His stats are better than the pitcher they are bringing up. Bumgarner has been a huge disappointment and they seem to be desperate. |

Jameson optioned back to AAA Reno Really? Wow, that's a kick in the "whazoo's". I listened to the manager's press conference the after Drey only lasted one inning the other night. Manager said it was just one of those nights when he just didn't have it and was just throwing the ball and not pitching. That's a major change to drop back to AAA. They've probably screwed him up with the change from starter to reliever and back to starter. Hope it all works out for him. |

Jameson optioned back to AAA Reno Yeah. He got jacked pretty badly by the Padres over the weekend. It's only one game, but I think it uncovered some work that still needs to be done. |
