Boise plays at Washington, so I would say the guy is just jerking your chain.
Besides that, I think people in the northwest would assume "BSU" meant Boise and not Ball State.

Yes a slow week. I did watch the Ohio/San Diego game. Thought Ohio could have won if Rourk QB had not been injured in first quarter. Ohio back up Harris made some good plays but also some really dumb ones that killed Ohio momentum.
