Thanks, Rob. Appreciate the update. I think I agree with you, cardfan, but if I'm on the staff and thinking that we might need to win 6 to keep our jobs, I don't know, for sure, how I'd think

No don’t play Hunt. We need him for,the full MAC season. If medical team says he's clear, I agree there is probably room to go either way. The docs are usually conservative but make no guarantees.
Tough call, but there isn't exactly a sure thing he'll be available for the full MAC season, either way.

I’m just thinking in terms of the nature of his injury (stress fracture). Tricky injury. Take as much time as possible to heal. But then I suppose he can just as easily reinjure it stepping off a curb wrong walking to class. So then next thing to look at is, is he in football shape and truly ready to play yet?

Those Muncie street potholes are more vicious than some MAC defenses we’ll face this season. Always watch your step walking around campus! Haha!

Yeah, another problem. Whenever he returns he may be limited on that count. Typical to stay away from activity causing injury 6-8 weeks, which has to impact conditioning. Still he's had ideal environment. motivation for rehab. You're right it's tricky and uncertain on several counts.

I bitch about the condition of the streets everytime I visit Muncie. It's an embarrassment. Worse than many 3rd world countries. The entire Muncie Street Dept. needs fired, followed closely by the city council and the mayor. The streets are that bad. Makes the whole town look like a dump. I'd be very embarrassed I'd I had anything to do with the streets.
