I think I'm missing why Doughty isn't playing more. Someone want to clue me in.

No it was on the floor by tv. Thanks. But you can bet he’ll repeat all of it in the presser, if there is one.

This team is anemic on offense. Losing 3 players that were a threat on the offensive end stinks. I know we can’t dwell on it, but it is reality.
Anderson is good, but he’s the only offensive threat we have, period. It will be interesting to see how he performs against teams comparable to Ball State (I know he played well vs ODU)
Jihad and Pearson are going to have to have bigger roles. Both seem like hard working good kids but aren’t scorers. Jihad is soft and gets thrown around like a rag doll against an NAIA team.
I like Doughty, but he’s a step slow and hasn’t caught up to the speed of the game at this level-yet. He’s a banger but not sure how he can produce against MAC caliber bigs.
I like Lewis and think he’s a good coach, but this teams lack of talent is concerning. If they are middle to upper middle of the Mac it will be a good season considering the roster. However, maybe the rest of the Mac has been plundered like Ball State has.

That's Lt.General post-game speak. All we're missing is Chuck Marlowe.

That's Lt.General post-game speak. All we're missing is Chuck Marlowe. I think we are also missing Isaih Thomas, Calbert Cheaney, Kent Benson, Alan Henderson, Quinn Buckner, etc. Instead we now have the "weak bench" left by Whitford as starters.

We actually lost 4 scorers. Everybody forgets about Demarius Jacobs (who graduated). Jacobs was the glue. IMHO, Jacobs was the best player on the team. Solid ballhandler, like a 2.5:1 A:TO ratio, tenacious defender, incredibly efficient shooter. I really miss watching him play.
