Interesting choice of what 2 players to bring to the post game conference. Message sent to veteran's who didn't perform well and/or 2 freshmen who Lewis expect to make major contributions rest of the season.

He said in press conference he was not happy with the approach of the three D-I veterans. I appreciate him teaching accountability. Was severely lacking with his predecessor. |

Another thing I like about lewis is while he might scream and yell and get in someones shit. You are as likely to see him coaching an individual player in game. Whitford just squated looking confusef and constipated

Whitford just squated looking confusef and constipated Low emotional quotient, not much emotion himself... Shocked that players didn't always follow the plan. Trusting is one thing, but trust then verify, then correct errors...kick ass as necessary. Lewis has to teach a lot this year. May be better coach than last. Last was taking kids and changing their mindset, intensity. More kids who need teaching this year. |
