Miserable half defensively, although UALR was on fire. If not for Jihad’s offense, we’d be down 30+. Hope we come out and at least compete in the 2nd half. Need to be more active on the offensive glass.

When we get down big, like 10+ points we try to make a 10 point shot. Taking quick 3’s, forced drives in the paint, both of these never work. What a lost night tonight. Hard to watch even more when Little Rock can’t miss.

Getting killed on the boards by a poor rebounding team and turned the ball over nine times. Even when they cool off we won't catch up playing like that.
Don't forget we came out and sucked like this against Pine Bluff in the first half.

Given our defensive play I would have thought he would have said a little more! Also, didn’t use any timeouts did he?

Easy to hit open 3’s without a hand in your face. I am not sure what the scouting report says, but we allowed Little Rock to shoot early 3’a without a band in their face. We were going under screens which tells me we were more worried about the dribble drive than their perimeter shooting. Once you get on a roll, confidence builds. Regardless, we cannot rebound on the defensive end and we cannot keep anyone in front of us. Jihad is very skilled but his soft and weak hands are worth 3 turnovers a game. You blow on the kid and he is on the floor. Anybody have any idea when Watts is going to be available? We need a good point guard in the worst way.
