Is there any wonder why the MAC is the lowest fated G5 conference?

Ouch. This data is incredibly damning on BSU and the MAC. The drum the Shermaninator has been beating is 100% worth beating. This crap is actually embarrassing. I see BSU didn't report total football revenues, but it would be pretty easy to calculate with money games and the other data.
The average spend per attendee at BSU football games (all-in - including tickets, concessions, parking, etc.) is like $6.68. That's just pathetic, and gives you an idea of how many tickets BSU comps to beef up the attendance numbers (which are baloney anyway).
BTW, the top at least 30-40 FCS programs are blowing us away in terms of revenue and spending. We wouldn't even compete in FCS.
This is great stuff - thank you so much for posting! Depressing, but fascinating and not surprising in the least...
I'd love to see basketball data...

I wonder if the 100k that it shows for BSU and most of the rest of the MAc and some other conferences was the lowest amount the school could select meaning hey we don’t even make 50k but that wasn’t an option so we picked the 100k. Wouldn’t surprise me if it were less than what’s shown in the chart.

Ouch. This data is incredibly damning on BSU and the MAC. The drum the Shermaninator has been beating is 100% worth beating It is worth beating but there is a time and a place. He’s beating it nonstop in front of a group that doesnt want to participate. There are people out there who have the power to help him with his problem and instead he goes online and just beats it over and over again.

MAC is the MAC - always has been. When does the MAC renegotiate the TV deal? MAC is dependent on TV revenue and OOC P5 game paydays.

That's hilarious. The columns on the MAC's chart are too small to be seen.
