A top 20 opponent will be in Worthen Arena Thursday night at 6:00 to battle Ball State. San Diego (2-1) is a member of the powerful Big West Conference and a team that Ball State (3-2) defeated a year ago 3-2 in San Diego. The Cardinals playing without their All-American “Mr T,” are coming off 2 losses at 7th ranked BYU. BSU did gain the services of their freshman setter from Brazil Lucas Machado and the 6’6” freshman is expected to be in Donan Cruz’s starting lineup Thursday night in what is expected to be a very tight and exciting match.

He was on sidelines with the team. Couldn’t tell if he was dressed.
