Former Card Nate Ollie has been the Colts DL coach for the last 2 years. News today is that his contract will not be renewed.
Zane Fakes appears to still be a member of the Colts training and conditioning staff.

Per NBC sports, "The Colts went from 33 sacks in 2021, the year before Ollie arrived, to 44 in 2022 and a team-record 51 in 2023." Colts also ranked 5th among the NFL in number of sacks this year.
However, the pressure rate ranked in the 20's

Anecdotally speaking, seemed like we couldn't get any pressure on opposing QBs in critical moments this year. Pressure seemed to be a problem.
But, Nate seems like a young coach with a bright future ahead of him. I'm guessing the Colts cut him loose because they already have a more experienced replacement lined up. I bet Nate Ollie is coaching at a high level again next year. Just won't be with the hometown team.
