The Card's fourth set "win" was overturned after a Lewis challenge on the "winning point". The Flyers then ultimately prevailed in the fourth set, but the Cards came back to take the fifth and the win 3-2.

You got fooled like i did. Walked away with a 3-1 win, cam back and they must have reversed the last point. Cards went on to lose that set and squeaked by in the 5th for a 3-2 win instead.

Big one tonight at Lewis. Still without Rogers I assume. Win and should win the regular season. If not, still an issue. Anyone know the tiebreaker situation with Ohio State?

Anyone know the tiebreaker situation with Ohio State? For the tiebreaker, since we split head to head, I believe they use the best set winning percentage. Therefore it would go to OSU. We beat them 3-1, but they beat us 0-3. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

I was hoping they would go on win percentage against the top teams. We beat Loyola & they didn't. Now it's really important we win tonight and against Quincy. That would mean the McKendree match wouldn't matter to us. They are a tough out.

Ugh. A huge loss. This may be the one that loses the league if OSU doesn’t lose again.

Two matches left, both at Worthen. I think we should win the conference if we win out. Loyola and Ohio State both have 4 losses. We have 3.

Wow, Lindenwood upsets Ohio State 3-1. Back in control. Beat Quincy and we host and win regular season. Since we beat Loyola twice, that should give us the tiebreaker if we both end up with 4 losses. If we lose to Quincy, we don’t deserve top seed. The McKendree match will be tough without Rogers.

BSU hopes to have Rodgers back for the tournament. Hope he can be competitive. Without him this weekend, I'm thinking we split and become co-champions again. That should give us the tiebreaker with Loyola and hosting rights as long as we are in it. Would be great if we sweep this weekend to be sole winners of the regular season.

Interesting change to the MIVA tournament format.
8 teams qualify, seeded 1-8, quarterfinals played at higher seed.
Teams are re-seeded 1-4 after quarterfinals, the highest seed hosts the semis and final, even if the highest seed loses in the semis.

Would be nice to win it outright. No change in seeding though for the top 3. It could impact round two on who we should play. That assumes we beat Queens in the first round.
