A VERY big deal!! For too long our teams have lagged in terms of S&C and you could see it in injuries and in late season swoons and not matching the physical toughness of opponents. This has the potential to make a big difference for our teams. Now if we could get one dedicated to baseball...... |

This would be more resources invested in BB.

Good for us. This position has been ignored for way too long. Kudos to our AD for however this was funded and to Mike and Brady for the collab. Our weight training fitness facility is less impressive than some of the big high schools in Indy so that's the next build. Should be done end of 25 maybe?
