Since the OverThePylon site has been up for almost ten years, I don't think the News Ticker feature should be stuck with a "Welcome to our new forum!" message.
Could it be used to display breaking updates about BSU sports and temporary updates, rather than posting a static message that lingers for posterity?
Looks like this is an admin tool, so Calhoun will have access to it.
