Giving someone the finger has taken on a new meaning here as he could also give someone the middle penis thus really sending the message "to fuck you". I think I read that Anne Boleyn had three breasts and six fingers that were proved to be untrue. These allegations were spread to prove that she bewitched Henry VIII.

They didn't mention him by name, but I think that is was Andrew "Tripod" McGuirk.
Andy was famous for being able to overflow The Chug's men's room trough by himself.
