For those of you that read the football threads you know I spent several days in Muncie this time last week taking in football practices.
I would be remiss by not mentioning how beautiful the campus continues to be - just awesome!
I also have to say I was impressed with the positive things I saw in the downtown with eateries, micro brew spots and the new Marriott Town and Country complex.
Folks living in and around Muncie have much to be proud of and I just felt I needed to say that.
Keep up the good work, support the downtown merchants and revitalization efforts and obviously continue supporting the Cardinals and broader university interests.
I am proud to say I am a BSU grad and espouse the virtues of the city to truly become a great college town!

I'm staying at that Marriott when I come into town in Oct. Good to have a quality hotel downtown, and especially one that has room/suite set ups for families of 5.

Yes - it was very nice and you will enjoy the restaurant attached. I would highly recommend Vera Mae's just up the street a few blocks if you want some finer dining!

Chips are a bit too salty for my taste, but they probably drive beer sales up...
