Once vontae, toler and butler are all back Patterson would have been buried. It's a good sign that someone claimed him off waivers

He played a really good game also had a couple really nice blocks.. Was second on the team in snaps played, only behind Cooks. He has taken over the number three spot.

It was a nice game for Willie. He seems to be solidifying his spot. He was the leading receiver for the Saints tonight until the final 80-yard TD to Spiller.
If you weren't aware, the Saints will be playing in Indy in three weeks, Oct. 25, the day after the Cards notch their fifth win of the season against Central Michigan.
Hopefully, there will be some BSU football reunions that weekend.

4 games into the season, Willie leads the Saints in receiving yards (240) and yards per catch (15.0). The announcers on Sunday Night Football were practically gushing about him last night. Great pub for the U and well deserved for Willie!

A huge day for Willie on Sunday. 6 catches, 141 yards for an avg. of 23.5 yds/catch and a long of 59. I think he was targeted 11 times.
Go Willie Go!!!

I only saw two games at BSU when Willie was playing....I think he will likely be the best the Cardinals have sent to the NFL. He honestly looks like he is enjoying this great experience.
Kudos to Sean Payton for giving him the opportunity.

He has a long way to do before he reaches the likes of Timmy Brown, Bernie Parmalee, Brad Maynard, and Blaine Bishop. I am very pleased for Willie and hope he does turn out to be the greatest BSU NFL player ever. I bet Cleveland and all the teams that passed over him in the draft feel pretty stupid now.

He fits into the Saints system much better than the others. He's having a hell of a year so far and I don't think he's going to slow down anytime soon. He will probably get a decently nice contract come next season. Maybe he can give some money to buy an indoor practice facility?

Colts signed Sean Baker to the PS on October 29th, but cut him 2 days later. They also signed Kitt O'Brien to their PS last week (he's still there).
