I've decided I'm going to Wrigleyville for Game 4 on Saturday. Can't afford a ticket, but I just can't pass up the opportunity to hang out around the stadium during the World Series.

One team will break a streak tonight. I pray the Cubs pull this one out.

As a lifelong Cubs fan...I don't really know how to process what just happened!

Yes. How will they go back to being the Cubs?
Is there some way winning can be invalidated?
What disaster would be big enough next year?
It is truly disturbing to have something you could always count on radically changed like this.

I would have been happy with either long-suffering team coming out on top. In today's sports world of trying to buy championships, this one succeeded.

With this election Tuesday and the Cubs winning, I'm pretty sure the apocalypse is just around the corner
