The next coach will need to go find players who actually want to play and are interested in TEAM.

Toledo proving that even with a 4-4 record, they out recruit us, out coach us, and have what it takes to beat any team.

It’s going to get worse for our program before it gets better.

It’s going to get worse for our program before it gets better. How is that possible?

The first drive proved that we have the players to make plays. However, it's the coaches making the play calls that kill us

wife: “the mistakes with the passes down field are awful on offense” me: “I’m so happy to see mistakes down field, not 3 yards in the flat”

OK, so a ton of mistakes and we still ain't good, but where the heck is our horizontal passing game?
Plitt's not great but at least he knows a little about how to throw the ball over the middle and down the field.
Paddock needs to start the second half.
Neal needs to declare for the NFL draft after the season is over.

I'll channel my inner Yogi Berra and say if we weren't so bad we'd be good.

Can’t move like Riley though. We just do not execute well and that’s gotta point back to coaching.

Looks like several new names out there tonight. They need to get Evans back in there, don’t let him mental over that fumble, too late in the year to fret or worry. What would it all look like if Plitt & some of these guys had seen this kind of time earlier in the year?

Is he better at throwing deeper routes or does he simply throw downfield more often? Don’t get me wrong, incompletions down field are certainly more exciting than screens and throws out of bounds.

I don’t give a Plitt, give Paddock the ball in 2nd half.

Both. If he had more experience he’d hit On more of them. For whatever reason he does look downfield more. He did the same thing to Khalil Newton s dew times last year. And, for whatever reason we don’t look downfield enough with Riley. Why is that?
