I was thinking today about my comments regarding Teague and similar comments last year regarding Moses and how a friend or family member (I can't remember which) came to Trey's defense and, as I recall, basically said Trey was playing how the coach wanted him to play.
I think this remains the overriding factor in all player evaluations, that we're basically stuck with kids who are being poorly coached, whether it's Teague or Walton or Bumbalough or El-Amin.
I think somebody posted something about running across the NKU AD, who was pissed about the team's start this year. I think I saw Goetz on the Worthen concourse after the game. She was picking up trash from the floor, and didn't look happy but I couldn't tell whether that was because she was doing janitorial work or because of the way we had played.

Whit was on the radio this evening.. He said they shoot 85% in practice so the rule is you subtract 11-15 percent for games so they should be shooting 70-75% He said its mental and he will have to talk them through it. He also mentioned several times getting the freshman involved mentioned Bumbalough and Kroft. He said it was a delicate balance on how to get them in without upsetting the balance and chemistry of the seniors. He mentioned that starting 5 and the veterans were a better defensive unit but the younger guys gave them much more firepower offensively. He said its been tricky trying to figure it out everything kept going back to the freshman though. I do not think it will be long till Luke becomes the starter and Josh is brought in off the bench for defense. I guess it also means he is going to keep throwing Kroft out there because he also mentioned his shooting multiple times. No mention of Coleman,Thomas, Acree, huggins or Hendrix. I think Coleman is deff still going to play alot.. Only other thing of note was he did mention KJ "rolling" an ankle so hopefully its just a mild sprain or something. It looked much worse than that though

Yeah, he's not good. His standard line is "I need you to make some noise." Clearly he's never been to Worthen before.  It may actually create a dangerous health threat, given the average age of Bsu basketball crowds

It looked much worse than that though It’s mental? No shit? Man he is really opening up this year. And he’s gonna talk them through it? Thank goodness my house is a single story otherwise I would have jumped after reading this. No wonder we are softer than Charmin. It’s just so overwhelming.

What did you guys think of the new video and MC Don't really care. The atmosphere at our games is no better than viewing hours at Parsons or at Meeks Mortuaries. The Code Red do move better than our offense though.

There were several times I wantes to jump up and scream/cheer/yell yesterday but everyone around me is glued to their seats.. One couple are both recovering from heart attacks so every time I thought about standing I did not because I knew they could not see if I did

One couple are both recovering from heart attacks so every time I thought about standing I did not because I knew they could not see if I did I would suggest a fan board cheering section where we could all just stand and yell as much as we wanted (it's not like we can't just carve out a section somewhere whether we have those seat tickets or not), but frankly I'm feeling right now like it would be a lot of energy expended with very little return. Not sure I've got it in me.
