He got his bag and had a taste of the bright lights. I'd be happy to see him back at BSU.

Well, whatever happens from here, at least the IU content on this forum should be significantly reduced...which is a good thing.

For those pining for a Sparks replay at BSU, I think the chances for that are slim. I don't think he liked the verbal culture here and I think a strong mid-major would like him...a program already a contender or maybe even in the Dance already.

Please NO on Sparks. Statistically, Jihad was more a “team plus” than Sparks and I’m not a Jihad fan. Outside of TO’s and 2 pt FG%, Jihad adds more.

And who knows if Lewis would be interested. We shall see.

If he goes to another MAC school that makes a certain statement….
But he would be our 5 and with Jihad at the 4 and Pearson at the 3 we’re a contender as opposed to a pretender

Lewis is not going to change so can Payton agree to take it?

I remember reading an article after Sparks agreed to withdraw from the portal and return to BSU for his soph year. Lewis had met with Sparks and his parents to share his vision and that Sparks could attain his goals at BSU. Would be surprised if Lewis wasn't truthful and up front about his coaching style during that visit.
