The last 15 minutes was much better. Ohio has taken 2 steps back. They are not good but a win in Athens is always big. On to the next one.

Statistically, Moses had a very good game.
I’d like to see us come out with Teague, Tyler, Persons, Moses and Mallers and see how we start a game.
I’ll be back. Sending Whit a tweet

As Cardfan said Tyler had a nice game including 3-5 from 3 point range and only off the floor a couple of minutes in second half! What do you call one loss in the last 11 outings?

I'll take it. Shaky first half but at least Persons and Moses have shaken off some cobwebs.

Any conference road win is a good win. Funny how comments change as the game progresses. Go Cards!

Still not playing really sharp. But. Road win at Ohio always a pretty good win.
Think of it this way. If we we're proud OU fans what would we say about this one?
Beat by a better team that didn't have to play well to win?
In a way while we never were totally in control, I didn't really think at any point we were going to lose this one.

Nope, I would say that Buffalo is the premiere team in the MAC and everyone else, including BSU is looking to get the 2 seed and get in the opposite bracket.

Nice recovery Cards with all the distractions.

Not quite. Several mediocre wins and one unfocused bad game. Won one here when we needed it, this was a game that required we respond, play hard after a loss. We did. Grinding out wins always looks a little ugly.

Any conference road win is a good win. Funny how comments change as the game progresses. Go Cards! Funny how when the Cards play poorly, comments are critical, and when they play better, comments are more complimentary. That's just so weird. I've never seen anything like it.

I can’t believe how far Ohio has fallen. Buffalo looks to be by far the best MAC team. It is amazing how differently Trey plays when the opposite team does not play physical. He really is a different player. Tyler was really good tonight and I thought Mallers had a very good second half. Sellers did not play well and Teague was a step behind most of the night. Regardless, a win in Athens is an accomplishment!

Right now we are looking OK for that result. I'm thinking how strong Akron looked early last year. UB is good, better than expected, but odds favor the field against them in the tourney.

Ohio does not seem to be a particularly good team and I always want to win games like these in a much more dominating fashion.
But ... I'm also reminded that a few years ago — when we were not a particularly good team — we gave a few better MAC teams a fight or two.
In the end, a good night with the victory but hoping for better play as we move ahead.
