Made 283,000 at NC State guessing if true we will pay 350ish.. Think this one really depends on the staff he puts together. Players and recruits will love him is also a good recruiter. Not sure of his x's and O's

No one has a clue about his x and os since he's never been in that position. He was kinda an OC for Stan here but Stan pretty much called the o. This would be one of those left field hires. Hiring Lustig would have made far more sense in this case

Not necessarily. But, from what I've heard, Joey was really micromanaged by Pete and we may not have seen what Joey really wanted to do.

If it is Eddie, we might be stuck with Joey? Matt Canada was let go as O-coordinator from NC State a couple days ago according to Footballscoop; if Faulkner is the hire he might bring Canada along, don't know anything about his ability as a coordinator. |

I really like Joey and all of the Lynch family. Quality people and very competitive. I just think it's time for a completely new look. That in itself can have some consequences by having everyone learn new systems. However, I feel that's the best path. Whatever happens, I'll be supportive until something actually happens during the season to make me feel differently.

Of course being the OC at BSU is more lucrative than being unemployed, but it's going to be quite a pay cut if he comes here. |

The question is WHY was he fired? The "release" stated only that he was "relieved of his duties." That's it. No thanks for his contributions, etc. He was given a 3 year extension before the start of the season. They were damn good on offense. You have to wonder what happened internally.

I'd be much happier if it's Canada at HC and Faulkner OC instead of Faulkner just being the HC. I'll be supportive no matter what as well
