Why didn't Jenness play tonight  ? Pretty sure it was him who went down in set 3 last night. Got back up and appeared to be ok. Maybe not. Maybe a precaution. Cards down Lewis 3-0 |

Terribly disappointed BSU fans around the country were not able to watch this senior night match with 12th ranked Lewis. The match was not televised nor streamed. No cameras for coaches challenges either. BSU is fighting for the conference championship and has the best record in the country and ranked 5th and 7th in the nation in both national polls! BSU really dropped the ball tonight and it was extremely embarrassing!

Yes, BSU Sports Link has spoiled us televising every BSU men’s and women’s home basketball game and volleyball match. That’s why BSU fans around the country expected to see the final home match of the season on ESPN+ or streamed last night as the Cards battle for the league championship for the first time in 20 years. I don’t think anyone would argue we have been spoiled at BSU with one of the best telecommunications programs in the country, you’re exactly right!

Uh, SportsLink doesn’t do all of the games that you see on ESPN. They do a handful, but the vast majority are done by staff and regular students. And they were doing the softball series with Kent this weekend. Men’s volleyball has gotten a lot of coverage, shouldn’t softball get a few games? |

If this was the end of the MAC season in softball and it was Senior Day, it would be different. Didn’t they show a softball doubleheader on Friday of women’s softball? They have nearly a full season of conference games to play that can be televised the next two months along with baseball. Volleyball (11-1) just ended their home season Saturday on Senior Night with a crucial victory to stay a game ahead in the conference championship race with Loyola (10-2.)

BSU’s home MIVA tournament game will be on ESPN.

Well, it all boils down to Thursday night. Win and you are MIVA Champs (reg season) and have a great shot at an at large bid if you lose in the tourney. Lose and you finish second and probably need to with the tourney to get in. Maybe their record is good enough, but if they lose twice, that wouldn't be good.
